Graham Brooks was appointed by UNESCO to an international Panel of Experts to guide and monitor the conservation and tourism management component of a major World Bank infrastructure project.

A series of annual workshops with senior officers and conservation specialists from the Archaeological Survey of India reaped many strong outcomes for these World Heritage listed rock cut temple sites.
