This project converted a redundant historic religious complex to commercial uses with a central courtyard cafe.

GBA Heritage commenced with an intensive research programme to inform the architects of the multiple historic layers and components that were then combined into a creative collection of attractive working and social interaction spaces within and between the two adjoining buildings.

This included the production of CMP, SHI, SCW documents and an Interpretation Strategy. GBA provided ongoing advice during the construction stage, resolving heritage related issues, as agreed with the design architects.
