Joshua Farkash Architects

A potential award of Heritage Floor S pace and the value of future funding once the project was completed, encouraged the dramatic reconstruction of the missing portion of decorative brick facade of this Victorian warehouse.

The missing section had been demolished in the 1960s and replaced with a bright red aluminium curtain wall, which totally degraded the unity of the surviving sections of the façade.

GBA worked closely with Joshua Farkash and Associates, Architects, to prepare the necessary documentation and advocate for the successful reconstruction works.
