GBA Heritage researched the historic fabric of the former Town Hall to identify the relative significance of its various spaces and building fabric over time, culminating in a comprehensive CMP to guide the subsequent design analysis. Working closely with Brewster Hjorth, as the design evolved, the new performing and audience facilities were carefully integrated into a comprehensive and respectful outcome.
