This rare row of five surviving historic terraced houses lie in the shadow of a major high-rise office tower, have been revitalised for small scale commercial tenants.
The former rear gardens of these houses have been upgraded to create a lively semi-enclosed courtyard fitted with restaurants and cafes.
GBA Heritage worked progressively with the property owners as various ideas and concepts were explored and eventually realised for both the terraced houses and the significant glass canopy over the whole of the courtyard space, now known as Raphael Place
