New projects may generate great concerns for local residents or the Consent Autority. If such projects are to move forward, all parties must either reach consensus or seek resolution through relevant Planning Panels or the Court. We work closely with the relevant legal and design teams to identify issues that can and should be avoided or mitigated to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients.
