This large multi-storey Federation period warehouse underwent a major external and internal refurbishment to achieve the award of a considerable quantum of Heritage Floor Space. 

Once the DA approved works schedule was completed, the owners were able to allocate components of the total square metre award amongst other projects within their portfolio.
