Squillace Architects
GBA Heritage worked with the architects to ensure that this highly contemporary residence, on a prominent Hunter’s Hill site within a Heritage Conservation Area and directly adjoining a grand Federation mansion, satisfied heritage criteria by bringing its height, scale, materiality, window forms, verandas and wide overhanging eaves into line with the character of the area.
The proposal was approved in December 2020.
