UNWTO Handbook:

Communication Heritage for the Tourism Sector 2011

With the increasing strength of tourism interest in cultural and natural heritage sites, UNWTO commissioned Graham Brooks, as President of the ICOMOS Cultural Tourism Committee to prepare a practical handbook to assist the tourism sector to work with heritage and destination managers and better communicate the special or unique features of the sites and destinations to their clients and customers.
