This low key infill project respectfully introduces a new house into a sensitive historic Victorian residential streetscape.
GBA Heritage researched the existing house to confirm it was of little historic value, and then provided contextual design advice for the replacement dwelling.
We consulted with the local Council heritage advisor and planner to ensure a pathway to a successful DA approval on what may often encounter consent authority resistance.
